System of systems Optimizer
The kernal product system of systems optimizer (the Founder N. Liu's PhD dissertation works) can be applied to different industries, such as risk evalution based on the geographical investigation of highways, expressways, and bridges design & development. The efficient industrial application of system of sytems optimizer are expected based on the completed formulation and generic code development. The optimizer is used to find the global optimal solutions for the complex system based on system of systems concept. Linking variables, local variables and global variables are considered by cascading flow order. The decision making of complex system hierarchy is processed with probabilistic constrains. The DLL or Lib is capable to apply to different industries.

The recent proposed project is R&D of risk evaluation of city infrastructure development, such as bridges, highways, expressways, railways, or real estate. The Founder N. Liu's grandparents Ji Yuan Liu (刘济源） & Jia Ning Liu （刘家宁） are the Founders of China Communications First Highway Survey, Design and Research Institute Co. Ltd (referred to as "China Communications First Highway Survey, Design and Research Institute"), formerly known as "First Highway Survey, Design and Research Institute of the Ministry of Transportation" （中交一公院）, the ancient organization in expressways, highways, bridges, railways industries in China (Est. 1952), currently named as CCCC First Highway Consultant CO. Ltd. The organization has the entire journey experience with city infrastructure development in China. Its inheritance company is called China Communications Construction Corporation (www.ccccltd.cn) (中国交建). The project is to coordinate with the mentioned organization to work on risk evaluation, geographical investigation, and design system. Related professionals from the mentioned organization might be invited for the Cineplex Cinemas Movie "Legend of highways & bridges" and coordinated with local professionals to work on extension of the railway, bridge design etc. This magnificent plan will accelerate economics, stabilize foreign policy, and create massive direct or indirect jobs.
Mobile apps development
The potential project is performed as the agent to Android design updates of Mobile Apps applied to entities within consumer sectors, such as big franchise food services, Starbucks, Pizza Hut, McDonalds, entities within technology sectors, such as Google Home, Weather and so on, entities within banking and finance categories, such as CIBC, TD, Alipay, Apple Pay etc.We work closely with well know IT companies in Asia, who have solid experience with Mobile app developments to make sure the whole system working fine. The related industries widely applied to different types of utilities, such as media companies, law firm, financial companies, energy and health sectors and so on. The applications are users – friendly. Users basically could easily click the buttons to realize the business functions requested. The art design also is a consideration at the early stage of development.
